Zoning

The Sumner Hill Association Zoning Comittee reviews proposed building projects within the Sumner Hill district that require zoning approval by the Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Council. Typically the commiteee will reivew a project and hear comments from abuttors, negighborhood members, and concerned parties and report to the Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Council and Boston Zoning Board of Appeals.
